The Temp Connection, a temporary help and temp-to-hire business started over 15 years ago has found its place in the Tucson market due to the dedication of partners Ellie Patterson and Cindy Dhuey.
Their commitment to their clients – both employers and potential employees – is evident anytime you call or stop by their office at 3400 E. Speedway in Suite 104. “You can always pick up the phone and talk to one of us,” said Ellie.
The women describe their work as very hands-on, and at least one of them is always in the office and happy to meet with clients or even answer phones. Ellie and Cindy say that part of their business philosophy is that “you can always talk to an owner.”
In addition, they believe in working hard, being fair and honest, and to always do what they can to make it right for a customer. Ellie and Cindy love what they do and it shows in their work.
“We love what we do and the size of our business. We want to continue to stay busy and service our clients” said Cindy.
Ellie and Cindy have found Tucson’s business climate to be very receptive to their efforts and they are happy to have many repeat customers amongst their estimated 500 clients.
“Tucson has been a good market for us,” said Ellie. “We love serving the small business as well as medium and large businesses; we don’t turn any business down.”
“We’ve found that Tucsonans really like to support the community from within,” said Cindy.
