Rodney Glassman is the Director of Public Sector Solutions for Waste Management of Arizona/New Mexico, managing all sales activities in the segments of K-12 schools, universities, military, HOA's, and open subscription as well as with government municipalities.
At Waste Management, Rodney works with companies and communities of all sizes to develop environmental and sustainability solutions that allow businesses to become engaged in the green movement through technology and diversion. WM is the only municipal waste hauler in Arizona that owns and operates its own recycling centers. With the strength of WM’s resources as a national firm, Rodney can leverage his passion for the Tucson region to provide unique and comprehensive solutions to Southern Arizona.
Glassman is the former Vice-Mayor and Ward 2 Councilman for the City of Tucson and holds multiple degrees from the University of Arizona including a PhD in Arid Land Resource Sciences. He also serves on the statewide boards of the Grand Canyon Council Boy Scouts of America, 4-H of Arizona, and the Arizona Legal Services Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Arizona BAR.
