Stanley Announcement Details |
- Stanley will occupy the former Gateway Ice Center at 7333 E. Rosewood St. Stanley will convert the former ice rink into commercial space.
- Operations in the facility will include 52,000 square-feet for hiring of 150-200 employees from the local workforce, for a range of processing, technical and management positions.
- Jim Sadler, Senior Manager of The Staubach Company in Phoenix said of the twelve month site selection process, “the site selection criteria were very specific and we are pleased that metro Tucson had two great sites for Stanley to choose from. We feel that the Gateway Office Center site best fit those criteria and are pleased that it will meet the operational requirements of Stanley.” Stanley was represented by Jim Sadler, Bill Honsaker, Keith Lammersen, and Brian McMullan (Washington DC) of the Staubach Company.
- Stanley selected Tucson based upon a variety of factors, including the availability of a skilled workforce, a Western US location that allowed for redundancy in its IT operations, and an available facility that met company needs.
