Administration
Joe Snell President & CEO 520.243.1970 Joe’s commitment to regionalism is integral to TREO’s position as a catalyst for the community’s economic development future as he oversees the strategy, direction, collaborative agreements, and finances of the organization.
Andria Branch Administrative Assistant 520.243.1981 Andria performs, coordinates and oversees diversified office administrative duties for TREO.
Business Development Strategy/Policy
David Welsh 520.243.1922 David is responsible for management of a wide range of economic development programs and projects while focusing on working with stakeholders and regional economic development partners. David also oversees the Investor Relations department of TREO, in addition to the overall strategic partnerships of the organization.
Recruitment & Attraction
Lee J. Smith 520.243.1909 Lee oversees programs and activities that encourage the expansion/retention of existing Tucson-area businesses and also assists businesses considering relocating/expanding to the Tucson region.
Local Company Expansion/Investor Relations
Dianne Janis 520.243.1924 Dianne is responsible for developing and managing all investor accounts and relationships, coordinating communications to TREO investors about critical economic development initiatives, and ensuring that investors receive all benefits of investing in TREO.
Marketing & Communications
Laura Shaw 520.243.1940 Laura oversees all marketing, community relations, and public relations activities of TREO, serving as TREO's main media contact and spokesperson. In addition, she coordinates the Economic Blueprint implementation activities and staffs the Power of Five Mobilization Council.
Chance Agrella 520.243.1917 Chance is responsible for designing a wide range of tools including collateral, advertising, web design and development, photography/video projects and multimedia presentations.
Resource Management
Cathy Casper 520.243.1960 Cathy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of TREO. She is responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the Finance, Human Resources, Administrative and Facilities functions of the organization.
